Requirements / Qualifications
International Baccalaureate (IB) Music Teacher: The IB Music Teacher will serve as an enrichment specialist for students at two of OMSD’s IB Elementary Schools (Bon View and Hawthorne). The IB Music Teacher will work with students in all grade levels that support the units of study. Some knowledge of the IB philosophy is preferred, but not mandatory for the hiring of this position. IB training will be provided. The IB Music Teacher also instructs instrumental music for upper grade students at the IB school sites and assists with student music performances.
