I’m Naria, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist here in the Chula Vista, San Diego, Eastlake, Mission Valley, and La Jolla area who loves making healthy simple and helping others feel their best while promoting longevity.

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I provide functional testing for my clients to get to the root cause of their problems and I create a unique, personalized nutrition program just for them!
